We first met Zhi Lin back in 2019, before she has joined True North Financial. She was a very warm and cheerful individual and that did not change after all these years. Upon meeting, she shared about her work processes and True North’s Total Wealth Management. I am open to hearing from her and felt assured after. Although work delayed/ rescheduled our subsequent meetings, she has been very patient and thoughtful of my situation. Her dedication to the craft can be seen during each sharing.
